商人的口信：两个年轻人出海经商，一个发了财，一个死于异乡。一位信使带回口信，却把内容传反了——活着的人被告知他死了，死者被告知他活着发了财。结果是：活人的父母悲伤，死者的父母欢喜。而真相却完全相反。我们也是如此，相信心智告诉我们的各种"真相"，却不知道它一直在欺骗我们。
静默的权威：一位诗人写了赞歌献给上师，却遭学者非议说为"出家人"写赞歌不合规矩。他们来到上师面前，请上师裁决。上师全程保持静默——三天、五天过去了，众人也跟着沉默。终于，上师微微一动，众人恢复思维活动，学者们随即宣布："战胜一千头大象，远不及上师战胜我们所有人的自我 Ego 的力量！"真正的权威，不需要言语。
诚心之道（Sraddha）：一位出家人的弟子不愿亲手抄写教言，花钱请人代抄。上师发现后说："求解脱的代价可不止那点钱！"——真正重要的修行，必须亲身践行，无法假手他人。

论心智的欺骗
"We too are similarly situated. We believe all sorts of things that the mind tells us and get deluded into thinking that what exists does not exist and that what does not exist exists. If we do not believe the mind but enter the heart and see the son that is inside, there is no need to see the children outside."
我们也是如此。我们相信心智告诉我们的各种事情，被幻相所迷惑，以为存在的其实不存在，不存在的反而存在。如果我们不信心智，而是进入内心，看到内在的"儿子"，就不需要去看外面的孩子们了。

They then declared, 'Conquering a thousand elephants is nothing compared to the guru's power to conquer the rutting elephants of all our egos put together.'"

"Though speaking the truth was an essential quality of a spiritual aspirant, it alone would not carry one to one's goal, but that sraddha (earnestness of purpose) was also necessary."

💎 核心教导
- 心智是最大的骗子。商人的口信故事告诉我们：心智告诉我们的"现实"，往往与真相完全相反。
- 进入内心，而非相信心智。"看到内在的儿子"——这正是"参究我是谁"的另一种表达：停止向外跑，回到内心。
- 静默是最有力的教法。上师不需要言语来证明自己的权威；静默本身就是最深的教导。
- 诚心是修行的关键。参究必须亲身去做；任何代用品都无法替代真实的修行。
✨ 修行指引
- 当焦虑升起时，暂停并问：这是真的吗？还是只是心智编造的故事？
- 每天抽出几分钟，不追求平静或开悟，只是简单地"进入内心"，注意那观察者的存在。
- 不要把你的修行假手于人：读书代替不了亲身体验，思考代替不了参究。
- 当无法用言语表达某种领悟时，认识到这正是更深的真实——它不需要言语。
