3. 冥想即是：思維自己的自性是梵，是存在-意識-喜悅。
4. 以參究，心意變得純淨；以冥想，心意變得穩定；以奉愛，心意消融；以靜默，心意成為一。
5. 有兩條路：問自己"我是誰？"或歸伏上師。前者是智慧瑜伽，後者是奉愛瑜伽。兩者皆摧毀自我。
6. 自我參究的修行隨時可行；其他修行需要特定條件，因而困難。
7. 心意只是一捆念頭；"我"是這捆念頭的根本；因此自我參究即是參究心意的根本。
8. 當"我"的念頭被摧毀，所有其他念頭都被摧毀。如同砍樹根，一切枝葉枯萎。
9. 何為解脫？探究被困縛的自己之本性，證悟自己的真實本性，即是解脫。
